Our fee structure varies by practice area. Divorce, family law, and civil litigation matters are normally handled on an hourly fee basis. Criminal matters or private client matters can be either a flat fee, hourly, or hybrid structure, depending on your situation. Personal injury cases are typically handled on a contingency fee basis where our fee is based on a percentage of a recovery. We will discuss fees clearly during your initial consultation.
